Refund policy

We accept returns on eligible merchandise within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in their original condition.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Photography prints and personalized products are final sale for change-of-mind purchases.

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photographs so we can assist you.

To request a return, email jananphotography@gmail.com. Please do not send items back without contacting us first. Approved returns will receive return instructions and a return address.

Once your return has been received and inspected, eligible refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable unless required by law.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
